Shell established All On in 2016 as an independent, Nigerian, non-profit organisation (limited by guarantee). As a unique impact investor dedicated to off-grid energy, All On aims to accelerate the development of Nigeria's off-grid energy market by:

• Facilitating the creation and delivery of clean energy solutions in underserved and unserved communities in Nigeria, prioritising the Niger Delta;
• Creating an enabling environment for businesses in the sector; and
• Providing technical and other non-financial support to off-grid energy businesses.
